The calming aromatic properties of lavender essential oil promote relaxation, whilst spicy cardamom oil offers relief from emotional stress and it’s even considered to be an aphrodisiac! Antiseptic lemon peel brightens, and along with pine oil, helps to combat problematic, oily skin and blemishes.
Chuck a couple of handfuls into a bath before bedtime to induce a peaceful and dreamy sleep. Not recommended during pregnancy.
