The Rabbit Tile is based on the rabbit which is woven into the The Lady and the Unicorn tapestry, at present on display in the Cluny Museum in Paris.
The background of late 15th and early 16th century French & Flemish tapestries such as this were often filled with many hundreds of tiny flowers. This came to be known as mille-fleurs or thousand flowers.
This tile has been designed in such a way that other tiles featured on this page with the same flower background can fit together above/below and side to side. A decorative tile frieze can be created.
Suitable for outdoor use. Fixing Points: two holes towards the top and each side of the tile.
Dimensions: H x W (mm): 105 X 105
