Delivery to store was convenient and well packaged. On placing the order, I would have liked more communication on the expected delivery timescale. Fortunately, the parcel did arrive in time.

Unfortunately my original order arrived cracked, which wasn't the fault of the shop, you could see a footprint where the package had been stepped on! I called the stop and explained what must've happened. A replacement was immediately sent out with no extra charge, Sue was so understanding on the phone, it was a delightful shopping experience!
